Special Orders – While we are happy to special order items for you from vendors we carry, we always have minimums to meet, so we cannot guarantee when your item will be ordered or when it will arrive. Please check with us for details on special orders.
Return Policy – StampBug’s policy is to accept returns for exchange or store credit only. Merchandise needs to be unused. Please save your receipts! We will need them. Certain items cannot be returned unless defective. They are punches, pens, magazines, idea books, computer programs. Defective items can be returned for exact replacement only. Paper, stickers, consignment and used items are not returnable. Returns must take place within 30 days of date of purchase. All sales are final on sale and clearance items.
“Customer Appreciation Card” Reminder – Just a reminder that a full card is redeemable on your next purchase on your next visit to the store. That purchase must be at least $10. The card has no cash value. We are no longer combining multiple cards so please don’t take our card out of your wallet! Our card is valuable – don’t leave us at home!
A Reminder About Girls Night Out and Classes – It happens from time to time that we have a wait list for these. Please, please call us if you are unable to attend either a Girls Night Out or class you’ve signed up for. We want to call our wait list if a space will be available. Don’t forget that if you don’t call to cancel by the day before, our policy states that your fee is non-refundable. We want to be fair to our instructors who spend time and money preparing for a set number of students and to anyone waiting at home and hoping for a call that a space is available.
Also important…PLEASE try to call as early as possible to sign up for either Girls Night Out or classes. Generally, if we don’t have the minimum number of students signed up for class at least two days before, the class will be cancelled. For Girls Night Out, we need to know by 4 PM the day before. So…if you’re thinking of coming, don’t put off signing up. We hate having to disappoint you by telling you we cancelled for lack of signups. We really appreciate your help with this! Thanks!
Class Policy – All classes and Girls Night Out must be paid in advance. We’ll happily accept a credit card number over the phone or you can come pay in person. There are a number of reasons for requiring prepayment: (1) Class size and the materials used for the class are limited. (2) Materials for the class are prepared in advanced. (3) If less than 3 people sign up for a class, it most likely will be cancelled. You are not required to pay when you are on a wait list until a space is actually available. Thanks for your understanding on this. We’re trying to be fair to everyone.
Class Cancellation Policy – Class and Girls Night Out fees are only refundable if you notify us at least one day before or if we have to cancel. With sufficient notice, you can get a refund or a credit toward a future date. Also – although we try to give reminder calls before your class, sometimes it’s not possible, so please mark your calendar with class dates & don’t forget to come!
Birthday Discount – StampBug wants to help you celebrate your birthday! Any one day during your birthday month, come in and shop and get 20% off your entire purchase on regular priced merchandise. This must be DURING your birthday month (not before or after) so make it a point to stop in and see us! Please let us know it’s your birthday month BEFORE we start ringing up your purchases.
